If you are given the responsibility of organising the staff or office party then coming up with a theme is always a great place to start.  Its hard to organise a party with loads to think about whether its the transport or the entertainment.

It does not matter whether you work for a small company or a large company like GDS International, there are certain expectations that have to be met.  Make your life easy by starting off with a them, heros are always a good place to start and most people have one.

Make sure though that the boss is dressed up as the evil one, Incredible Hulk and Darth Vader or always good ones, can't go to wrong with them.
